insufficient_scope

The MCP token does not have the scope this tool needs.

Common causes

• describe_schema needs schema:read, check_access and explain_query need access:check, query_data needs data:read.
• Acting as another user (as: { userId }) needs data:read:any_user.

How to fix

Create a token with the missing scope: castra mcp token create --scopes .... The response names the missing scope.
